Brian Maslyk - Richmond
Brian’s architectural career began as a residential carpenter. The late 80’s did not provide many opportunities for architectural graduates, so it was only natural to get a job building homes. “This had a huge impact in my love of the sculptural aspect of built spaces and the appreciation for a great set of drawings”. Since then Brian’s focus has always been on “building” the project first on paper and then making sure that vision is clearly communicated.
Brian’s career provided him a broad range of project types; Residential, Religious, Private Commercial, Local Government, Educational, Institutional, and Federal. Each opportunity created another piece to an extensive body of knowledge. Brian has over 20 years of experience as a NCARB registered architect and a AICP Certified Land Planner. This includes the traditional five phases of Design and Construction along with Master Planning and Pre-development.
