PROJECT NARATIVE

Cadence Architecture was engaged to design an elevated covered outdoor patio. The design incorporated a large wood burning fireplace and an outdoor kitchen. Given the sloping site we were able to incorporate an elevated concrete slab providing storage space below and saving money.
