PROJECT NARATIVE

Cadence Architecture was hired to design a 5,000sf two-story custom home in a traditional Virginia farmhouse style. The primary living spaces were arranged to capture expansive views. The home has a main floor owners suite, attached two car garage, large mudroom/drop zone. The client is a repeat customer as we also designed a barn on the same site with a caretakers apartment.
